“SEARCH has been very responsive to the changing construction schedule…SEARCH has consistently met these time lines...
SEARCH’s response (within the contract scope)…justifies the exceptional rating.”
- Excerpt from “Exceptional+” CPARS Evaluation, USACE Jacksonville District
SEARCH has supported every military service branch and their Reserve and Guard units on 200 military facilities CONUS and OCONUS, including combat theater. SEARCH has worked with 13 USACE districts, 11 NAVFACs, AFRICOM, and JPAC, and DoD has awarded us 16 IDIQs as Prime and 34 as Team Member. SEARCH developed the U.S. Navy Curation Guidelines (2012), the U.S. Navy ICRMP Standards and Guidelines (2010), four Cultural and Natural Resources User’s Guides (Europe), and 22 ICRMPs, including one of the largest undertaken for the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Andersen AFB and Naval Base Guam facilities.
The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has repeatedly approved our rates and accounting practices, and our staff includes veterans and former DoD and USACE cultural resource personnel. SEARCH has security clearances, CAC and RAPIDGate passes, and ATFP Level 1 and SERE 100 training. SEARCH understands the military mission, military guidelines, installation protocol, training schedules, security and photography requirements, and military culture.
